Serbian companies within "Danube foods group" to have new owners prior to year 2009
- Companies within "Danube foods
group" will have new owners prior to year 2009 - said the Manager of corporate and regulatory affairs of that company, Rade Pribićević. He could not specify which of the companies would be the first offered for sale, because, as he said, it would depend on the interest of the buyers.
Investment fund "Salford", which stands behind "Danube foods group", invested about 350m EUR in Serbia. There are five Serbian dairies within "Danube foods group", as well as confectionery factory "Bambi" from Požarevac and the largest Serbian mineral water factory "Knjaz Miloš" from Aranđelovac.
