The business and residential facility known as Atlas Capital Center will be opened Friday night (18 September 2015), but under a new name. Unofficially, the daily Vijesti reports that the center in which over EUR 120 million has been officially invested will be called The Capital Plaza.
This information was neither confirmed nor denied yesterday by Marina Knezevic, the contact person at TCP.
It was announced that the red ribbon would be cut by Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, Abulhamid Saeed, the chairman of the Managing Board of Abu Dhabi Financial Group, Hafsa Abdulla Mohamed Sharif Al Ulama, the UAE ambassador to Montenegro, and Abu Dhabi Financial Group CEO Jassim Alseddiqi.

The investment firm Abu Dhabi Capital Management (ADCM) signed an agreement on 25 April 2014 to build a hotel in one of the largest and the most luxurious centers in the region. It was announced on that occasion that the six-floor hotel would be finished by the end of 2015.
