Metalac pours million euros in FAD

Former world famous Plant for production of car components has greater chance to survive since it was acquired by Metalac which initially pours EUR 1 m in production.

After bankruptcy period, loss of many foreign customers and arresting of majority owner, Dejan Babic, due to misdealing at Metalac is a guarantee for FAD’s recovery.

Until contract signing, Metalac paid RSD 242 m , the price of automotive components plants from Gornji Milanovac.

Metalac staff has already analyzing current situation. "Large part of equipment is out of order since it has not been maintained; production in times of bankruptcy was of small scope. There is neither material nor finished product now. We will gradually return FAD to lost markets taken over now by Turkish and Italian production, We will pour a million euros to start production immediately”, GM at Metalac Petrasin Jakovljevic, says.
