Atanas Rajkov - GM at Viber CEE
One of the leading world applications for exchange of written, spoken and video messages, Viber, appointed Atanas Rajkov for its GM for CEE. Today, Viber has more than 600 million unique users worldwide and the CEE region is one of three most common at the world level. With this move, Viber is continuing with strategy of development and maintenance of strong user database with implementation of localized marketing approach.
Atanas Rajkov joined Viber team after ten years of work on development of
mobile telephony and VAS services with the biggest telecom and mobile provider
in Bulgaria as well as work on creation and strengthening of local start up
eco-systems with the focus on mobile telephony. In his new role, Rajkov is
taking over task to continue tendency of success which featured business of
Viber in the CEE region with the special attention at the markets of Bulgaria,
Greece, Serbia and Hungary which are leading according to statistics among 27
million users in the region.
