Manufacturer of bicycles "Capriolo" from Bačka Topola increased export by 15%

- Company for production of bicycles "Capriolo", from Bačka Topola, produced and sold about 70,000 bicycles in seven months of this year, which is equal to the entire last-year production - said the Manager of that company, Dragan Lukić.

During the same period, export was increased by 15%, and the administration of "Capriolo" intends to increase sales of bicycles on foreign markets. According to the plan, bicycles should be exported to the countries of European Union, of which annual demand for bicycles is about 23.5m pieces, which would enable, according to Lukić, further development and investments in production growth.

Factory "Capriolo" employs 120 workers who produce 75 models of bicycles. Lukić said that creative teams currently work on design of few tens of new models, which will be represented at the International Fair of Bicycles and Related Equipment. This fair will be held between August 30 and September 2 in Fridrihšlafen in Germany.
