"Tender group" to buy share of Belgrade-based company "Termoelektro" in "Vrujci"?
Manager of "Vrujci" hotel, Ljubomir Marić, said that the new owner of that complex, Romanian company "Tender group", announced that they intended to buy the share of Belgrade-based company "Termoelektro" in that company after the procurement of the share that belonged to Vojin Đorđević, that is, "Si&Si" company.
According to his words, in that way, Romanian company will become the owner of 49% of assets of this company, which owns hotel, swimming pools, sports fields and permit for exploitation of thermal spring in Vrujci spa.
Among more significant property is definitely three-star "Vrujci" hotel with 100 rooms and 220 beds, indoor swimming pool, sauna, trim room, doctor's office and premises for physiotherapy, congress billiard room and restaurant.
