Polish OT Logistics will become co-owner Luka Rijeka
It seems capital increase of Luka Rijeka succeeded and in three rounds, KN 240 m (EUR31,6 m) was collected which was minimal amount asked in the procedure. Although, as sources of Novi list claim, there are still 700.000 unregistered shares which is less than 10% of offered ones,it was expected that they will be also registered in the next round so it can be said already that Luka Rijka got new shares which will have significant stakes at the company.
Collection of KN 240 m through capital increase means that Luka Rijeka ensured some 70%essential funds for modernization of back terminal Skrljevo, the project totaling KN 352 m.
