Serbian corridors finally at the map of Europe
Corridors 10 and 11 and the Nis-Pristina -Tirana-Drac highway have been ranked at the European map of corridors, state secretary at the Ministry of traffic, Miodrag Poledica says.
- At the meeting of WB ministers of traffic together with
high EU officials today for the first time, the most important corridors and
transport infrastructure of Serbia, Corridor 10 and 11 and the Nis-Priština-Tirana-Drac highway have been listed
at the European map of corrdiors – Poledica said.
According to him, apart from transport infrastructure, roads and railways, the
most important river Serbian ports were listed at the European map as well as
airports in Serbia and internal sailing roads which make a unique transport
system.
- Everybody provided a strong message at today’s meeting
that transport infrastructure question of WB will complete network of European
roads and thus significant investments in our transport infrastructure will
follow– Poledica said.
It will be confirmed at today’s meeting of the prime ministers in August in
Vienna.
