"Kronen Zeitung" interested in procurement of "Matroz" and construction of new cellulose factory

Restructuring process in Sremska Mitrovica-based Factory of Cellulose and Paper "Matroz" entered final phase, so that announcement of tender is expected in June 2005.

The biggest interest in procurement of majority package of stocks of "Matroz" was shown by Austrian media company "Kronen Zeitung" from Vienna, of which daily newspaper is issued in million copies. They say they are ready to have new cellulose factory built within next three years in this Sremska Mitrovica-based company.
