Kopaonik soon to see hotel - Elite facility will be built at the location of Novak cafe

Zvonko Veselinovic, a businessman from Kosovo, bought from Srdjan Djokovic land at Kopaonik where in twenty days, construction of a five-star hotel will start, Blic finds out.

Veselinovic also purchased a preliminary design developed by the Traffic Institute CIP and all of that should cost EUR 600.000. Pre-contract has been signed and Veselinovic will officially become an owner in twenty days when construction permit should become effective.

It is a lot of some 900 square meters where Novak café is now and where Doli Bel café used to be which Srdjan Djokovic purchased a few years ago and where he was planning to build a hotel. Although urban project which the Raska municipality adopted December 20, 2013 and although all other documents necessary for construction were provided, the Djokovic gave up the construction.

The source of "Blic" claims this business deal was made on the initiative of Srdjan Djokovic which offered to Veselinovic both the project and idea.
