Purchase of energy efficient facades easier - JUB and ProCredit bank present new loans

JUB company has presented today its new line of subsidized interest-free loans for purchase of energy efficient façade systems which will be implemented in cooperation with ProCredit bank and which will be available at all sales places of JUB, the company announced.

Loans are planned for citizens for which minial loan amount is RSD 150.000, agricultural farms with minimal amount of RSD 800.000 and companies for amounts higher than a million euros.

JUB offered loans for procurement of façade systems which in their basic package contain glue for facades, styropor and mortar on one, two and three years.

Fixed dinar interest rates total 0% on one-year loans while interest rate for two-year loan is 6,5% , and 9,7% for a three-year one.

In the past four years, JUB, as it stated, invested more than EUR 8 m in energy efficient products development.

The company once again announced opening of styropor plant in mid July . Kuljaj expressed expectation that in a year to two, when new production section starts operating with its full capacity, JUB plant in Simanovci will have annual profit of EUR 30 m.
