Matijevic buys Dijamant from Todoric

Serbian businessman Petar Matijevic bought from Croatian colleague, Ivica Todoric, "Dijamant agrar", on 4.500 ha, "Dnevnik" finds out.

While there are stories that the biggest Croatian businessman Todoric and his Agrokor will buy Serbian oil plants i.e. "Victoria oil" in Sid and thus significantly strengthen its position in processing industry in Serbia, current : king of meat”is taking away from him agricultural production – fields, farms and everything else.

Core activity of "Dijamant agrar" headquartered in Zrenjanin is agricultural production in production centers "Bratstvo", "Stajićevo", "Rasadnik" and "Planta". It has 160 employees.

PKB is the next one

Miodrag Kostic Petar Matijevic joined into consortium to buy "PKB korporacija" a. d. in Padinska Skela. As "Dnevnik" finds out, they set aside EUR 100 m. PKB is the last out of former giants of not only Serbian economy but SFRY agriculture and the City of Belgrade has been managing it which in December made a decision on the company privatization.
