Trepca inks EUR 24 million worth of annual contracts

Mining conglomerate Trepca in northern Kosovo, which is run by Serbs, has signed EUR 24 million worth of annual contracts with English and Polish companies on the sale of lead concentrate and zinc from mines Belo Brdo and Crnac in Leposavic, the daily paper Zeri reports.

Serbs in the north of Kosovo are going to earn EUR 18,650,000 from selling lead concentrate to London-based Mineco International Limited which won the tender.

The management of Trepca in Zvecani announced that the other contract on the sale of zinc to a Polish company from Beloslava was valued at EUR 5.5 million.
