Successful business of mobile containers renting - Toi Toi opens branch office in Montenegro

(Mobile containers "Toi Toi") If your company has a construction site or is organizing concerts of festivals, it is highly likely that you rented mobile containers, toilets or safety fence from "Toi Toi". Recognized for toilets which can be seen at almost all events in Serbia, the company has been doing more and more business with clients which need employee containers. Due to increased demands in Montenegro, "Toi Toi" decided to take steps in neighboring country.

-We have already worked in Montenegro for Austrian company "Bauer", we assembled 11 containers at the construction site of the "One and only" resort in Kumbor – company manager at "Toi Toi", Milos Stojanovic, says.

- We are travelling these days to Montenegro to look for new lots. Containers will be our biggest priority there and then toilet which is opposite business strategy compared to Serbia – our collocutor added.

"Toi Toi", the company with 60% of German stake, last year generated growth of 20% in all segments. It was not too difficult when they almost have no competitors in the business zone they operate in which is a proof of wise business idea in line with market demand. They own their success in the field of renting containers partially to successful partnership with a big shipping company, LKW. According to Stojanovic, their Austrian partner in Slovenia has the biggest plant which produces 60 containers per day.

This year as well as in previous two, "Containex" was exhibiting at the Fair of construction together with "Toi Toi" as a co-exhibitor. It is possible to buy from "Containex" contaiers while their partner in Serbia only rents them.

-When "Toi Toi" decided to work with containers, we changed part partners until we found "Containex"-a. We left the biggest ones for the end by our mistake, thinking that they are maybe the most expensive and that we are too small, however, it turned out that cooperation is perfect – Stojanovic outlines.

Containers are standardizes and can be a part of office type, warehouse, sanitary with showers, wardrobe, ground floor or with floor and clients can, depending on their needs, adjust container look. As the most successful in 2014, the company outlines cooperation with Pirot-based plant "Tigar Tyres”.
-The biggest project last year was cooperation with "Tigar Tyres" in Pirot, where 54 containers were sent. These were facilities with the first floor, then shower containers connected as wardrobes, warehouse containers, etc. It was our biggest client last year and even though they decreased their needs to thirty containers it was our biggest client this year as well.

Stojanovic says that container renting requires large amounts of money and long time which in case of "Toi Toi" turned out to be profitable.

"Toi-Toi" is German-Serbian company and one of many daughter companies of a mother company "Toi Toi & Dixi" from Germany and a member of "ADCO International Group". It has been operating at our market since 2002.
