Works on construction of business complex "Airport city Belgrade" close to end

In Novi Beograd, the construction of the first business park in Serbia - "Airport city Belgrade" is underway. The project for construction of that business complex was declared the best “Greenfield” investment in the region in 2006 by OCDE.
The value of works is 120m EUR. Two business buildings with about 20,000 square meters were built in the first phase, and the works should be completed in mid-2007.
The center is designed as “the city within the city". Once it is finished, it will have 126,000 square meters of office space of A class, with related infrastructure, hotel, restaurants and service contents.
