CADEZ: Privatization of Telekom essential
Upon his appearance at B92, Cadez said he does not have direct information on whether Deutsche Telekom is interested in the acquisition of Serbian company for telecommunications but he says it would be natural it is.
It would be natural that it is interested. Deutsche Telekom is present in the countries in the region but on the other hand, there are business decisions which it made on other continents and which can affect ability to invest in next projects – Cadez outlined.
When asked whether Serbian economy is ready to take over surplus manpower in case headcount decreases after privatization, president of SCC replied that many things will depend on how privatized Telekom will operate and that the company could generate other vacancies.
As he outlined, in that sector, there is sufficient potential for the people who perform well.
