Water nest for rest and enjoyment
This incredible luxury house sleeps a family of four and gets all the energy from the sun. Called Water Nest 100, it was designed by Italian architect Giancarlo Zema for the British company EcoFloLife.
The biggest model offers 100 square meters of floor space and features balconies where people can sit and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view.
Considering that these facilities are made to order, buyers can ask for their house to include a living room, dining room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom, or any other desired interior design.
Floating houses can also be used as offices, bars, event spaces or restaurants. Of course, they are originally designed to serve as weekend cottages.
The waterproof house collects and utilizes solar energy, and it is made of locally available and recycled materials.
A basic model is priced at EUR 500,000, whereas the most expensive one costs EUR 800,000.
