The Court of Commerce in Valjevo has adopted the proposed reorganization plan for PP Vujic Valjevo, a PVC joinery maker, it was announced today (18 March 2015).
The biggest creditors, among which were some banks too, have accepted the proposal to commence pre-bankruptcy proceedings, whereas the representatives of the City of Valjevo and the Tax Administration voted against the proposal.
Vujic Valjevo's account has been blocked for 900 days over a debt of RSD 3.9 billion, while its assets are estimated at EUR 38.3 million.
All 66 employees will be paid within the next two years, while the debt to all other creditors will be settled over a 12-year period, with a grace period of four years, from the proceeds of the sale of company's assets.
As it was proposed, a hotel and the former administrative building of the Jablanica building company and Crni Vrh holiday hostel at Mount Divcibare will be put up for sale, and so will the Vujic Voda factory in Petnica if needed.
The debt to creditors will also be settled from the revenue generated by hotels and other companies owned by businessmen Vidoje and Vlajko Vujic.
Among the biggest creditors of Vujic Valjevo are Nova Agrobanka and Credit Agricole banka.
