On Thursday, February 26, 2015, Serbian company, Intelligence became the member of the most prestigious world association of secret shoppers - Mystery shopping, which will enable also our country to conduct the most precise market research.
As for now, Intelligence is the only Serbian company with membership at MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association), and at the same time corporate member of ESOMAR-a (umbrella association for market research and consumer behavior in the world).
Membership at MSPA will enable that Serbia also can conduct the most precise and sophisticated market research and consumers’ behavior research which provides economy with key information from domestic and foreign market the company announced.
Thanks to new method of service quality measuring and experience in shopping, clients will based on the report of secret shoppers have the option to, on the one hand, react fast and urgently if needed and on the other to make long-term and strategic decisions.
In its announcement, Intelligence has communicated today that the job of secret shopper requires training and precise preparation but that it is fun and interesting at the same time.
