Volks bank frees mortgage loans users from loan processing expenses
Volks bank in Serbia announced that all citizens who started the procedure for obtaining of mortgage loans or loans for rehabilitation of real estates in June would be freed from the payment of expenses for the loan processing amounting to 0.5% - 2% of the loan.
This bank, according to the announcement, approves mortgage loans in EUR, which are insured with the National Corporation, with the effective interest rate of 7.17% on annual basis.
The effective interest rate on mortgage loans for young couples amounts to 5.07% on annual basis, under the condition that the users receive three monthly salaries on the account of Volks bank. The repayment period for is 30 years. All citizens, the owners of enterprises and entrepreneurial stores can apply for the loan.
Volks bank enabled use of mortgage on unregistered facilities as the security means for the loans insured with the National Corporation. The interest rate on such loans is 8.26%, while the maximal amount of loan is 50,000 EUR.
