Pariguz is waiting for investor - Detailed regulation plan in Resnik will be finished in the first half of 2015
-The efforts of the Rakovica municipality to build
sports and recreation complex were
treated wrongly. The Rakovica municipality will generate terms to attract an
investor which will build sports and recreation complex while the municipality
itself will not build. We are working on
development of plan documentation which are essential to convert the purpose of
the lake - president of the municipality, Vladan Kocic, says for Danas.
According to him,
at the initiative of the Rakovica municipality and with the Decision of the
Assembly of the City of Belgrade at the meeting held June 23, 2014, development
of the Detailed Regulation plan in Resnik started.
Kocic repeated that the fact that so far the idea of construction of sports and recreation complex has not been implemented yet is the lack of plan documentation. He reminded that before the Preliminary design of the municipality for the lake, Feasibility Study was done while the Jaroslav Cerni Institute did the lake cleaning lake.
