Samsung acquires BlackBerry for USD 7,5 billion?

South-Koran giant Samsung, has stepped into negotiations with Canadian company BlackBerry, with respect to takeover of 38 and 60% shares.

Although the purchase option was mentioned before, representatives of both companies neglected the claims and outlined it is only cooperation and patent exchange. However, last week, Samsung seriously started the process with which it wants to take over majority stake at BlackBerry.
