Construction of athlete stadium in Novi Pazar started

Today, Novi Pazar saw the start of construction of big athlete stadium with eight lanes 400 m long, a tunnel for winter preparations of 110 m and arenas for all jumping and pitching disciplines.

The works at the stadium which will be built in line with the highest standards of the World athlete federation, in front of 2000 citizens, were opened by the minister of sport and youth, Vanja Udovicic and VP of the Government of Serbia, Rasim Ljajic.

Construction of Athlete stadium will be mutually funded by the Ministry of youth and sport and the City administration of Novi Pazar and it should end by the end of the year.
