Don Don and Franck join forces in acquisition of Zito?

According to unofficial information of Dnevnik, bakery company Don Don of Ales Mozetic and Croatian Frank of Milan Artukovic are negotiating on the stake in acquisition of Zito.

The biggest bakery industry in Slovenia has been undergoing privatization process, If everything goes in line with the seller’s plan (consortium of public and private owners) obligatory offer for Žito will arrive in late January or early February. Zito can be sold in the spring this year.
