State guarantees for loans to Srbijagas totalling USD 200 m

The Serbian Parliament has received a proposal of the Law on providing governmental loans for loans of Srbijagas at five banks, totaling USD 200 m.
The law will be urgently discussed upon suggestion of the Government of Serbia.
Loans will be provided with a five-year maturity at OTP bank, Banca Intesa, NBG bank, AIK bank and UniCredit bank.
Contracts on loans of Srbijagas were signed December 8 this year.
Funds for guarantees for indebtness of Srbijagas, totaling EUR 200 m is planned within budget for 2014.
The Proposal of budget for 2015, governmental guarantees for loans of Srbijagas were not planned for the first time.
