"Ikarbus" exports minibuses to Russia – value of contracted job is 3m EUR


Belgrade-based bus factory "Ikarbus" started assembling of 50 mini-buses, which will be exported to the market of Russia. Total value of the job for Russian partner amounts to about 3m EUR.
Mini-buses are assembled for Russian company "Rusicar" and, according to the contract, they should be delivered prior to July.
Company "Ikarbus" was founded in 1923 as the first airplane factory in the Balkans. The first bus in this factory was produced in 1954. It employs about 720 workers and its annual production capacity is 1,000 vehicles.
