Project of Construction of Backa Palanka-Nestin Bridge on the Danube Starts Moving Forward: Tender for Preparation of Building Permit Opens
After the announcements of the construction of the bridge in 2014, the announcement of the works for 2017 and the public invitation for the preparation of a preliminary design in 2018, the PE Roads of Serbia has opened the tender for the project of obtaining the building permit for the construction of the bridge with access roads.
According to the project task, the bridge is part of a IB-grade state road and the connection of Backa Palanka with Nestin, Erdevik, Kuzmin and the state border with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The overall length of the bridge is 1,898 meters, and due to its length, the structure is split into three dilation units.
The project for the building permit is to be done based on the investor’s preliminary design. The job is worth RSD 75 million.
