The Government of Serbia has adopted the Regulation on the Amendments to the Regulation on the Distribution of Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development in 2023, thereby distributing the budget funds for incentives in 2023 in the total amount of RSD 59.9 billion, according to the website of the Directorate of Agrarian Payments.
The most money has been set aside for direct payments, namely, RSD 38.59 billion.
– For rural development measures, a total of RSD 2.62 billion was set aside, whereas for special incentives, RSD 244.4 million was set aside. RSD 650 million was set aside for credit support, and for IPARD incentives, a total amount of RSD 6.29 billion is planned.
Within direct payments for the milk premium (Q4 of 2022 and Q1 and Q2 of 2023), a total amount of RSD 7.86 billion was set aside, for basic incentives for plant production – RSD 11.38 billion, for incentives for quality breeders – RSD 8.52 billion, for the fattening of young cattle, lambs, goats and pigs – RSD 3.22 billion, for bee hives – RSD 1 billion, for cows for the rearing of calves for fattening – RSD 900 million, and for reimbursements for fuel – RSD 5.69 billion.
