Is a privately owned group of Central European companies,

founded in 1978, with head-quarters in Vienna (Austria).

Starting as a single distributing company, only it grew to a

group of companies incorporating research and development,

as well as manufacturing departments.



Its main activities are the distribution of advanced and specialised

Medical Devices in the fields of cardiology, nephrology, orthopaedics,

intensive care and laboratory diagnostics for human and veterinary

applications. Through subsidiaries and associated companies the group

is represented in all countries of Central Europe.

The local offices are organised under a central management, finance and

marketing, combining the efficiency of a larger multi national

organisation with the next-door presence and customer contact in the

local language.

in order to meet the special requirements of our customers in the best way.
