Casting in sand moulds is performed manually or by machines. Castings units of weight are up to 500 kg.
Castings for the most important application and with special requirements are produced by a special process.
As final products, we produce cable and transfer box accessories (UK & KPK boxes).
We produce all kinds of cast alloys based on aluminum, made of primary and secondary raw materials.
Besides the production of casting Al-alloys, we also perform the following services :
- processing of "secondary" aluminum into corresponding Al-alloys according to JUS C. C2.300 and DIN 1725/2;
- shot blasting of castings and other objects made of metal;
- heat treatment of castings based on aluminum;
- impregnation of Al-castings;
- plastification (coating with electrostatic powder) of objects made of metal
Casted elements are made of silumine and wooden elements are painted with special polish in various colors (according to customers request).
