"Superior Ltd" is the first private vegetable breeding station in Serbia. It is founded in 1993. by Dr Ivo Djinovic, a professor of Vegetable breeding and Seed production at Agricultural and food tehnology College in Prokuplje Town.
Main activity of the Superior Company is breeding new cultivars and vegetable hybrids, mostly tomatoes and peppers, their multiplication, marketing and production improvement. During our 10-year-long activity we succeeded in breeding a range of cultivars and hybrids which are widely-grown in Serbia and the neighboring countries, with the tendency of assortment and growing area increase.
