It's great for stress, and scientists say that it should be consumed each night before sleep.

If you thought it was brandy or beer, you're wrong, at least according to some German researchers.

It is a glass of milk that's a great cure for stress. The researchers had been looking for an ideal way to reduce stress and its bad influence on the organism and found that it was milk that was the most helpful, thanks to its beneficial effect on the brain.


The secret lies in milk's phospholipids, which are a real cure for nervousness. Although some believe that milk should be avoided, these researchers actually recommend it.

The University of Trier says that milk restores balance in the organism. That's why we should drink a glass of warm milk before sleep.
