Seafood Festival Ada Bojana Days Zemun starts

The renowned fish restaurant Sent Andrea in Zemun is organizing its traditional festival of specialties made from indigenous river and sea fish, Ada Bojana Days. The guests will have an opportunity to enjoy a genuine maritime ambiance and fresh catch from the Bojana's mouth on the Adriatic Sea. Ada Bojana, although hidden from view and mass tourism, is the Adriatic's most renowned natural jewel. During this unique festival of gastronomic specialties, which is taking place from November 10 till December 10, the Zemun coast of the Danube will be rife with maritime atmosphere, and the guests will be able to taste the famous fish stew made using the secret recipe of chefs from Ada Bojana. Each day, the menu of Sent Andrea will also feature fresh catch of local fishermen from the Bojana's mouth on the Adriatic Sea, prepared in a traditional manner by Sent Andrea chefs and their colleagues from the famous local restaurant Cickova Carda.
