Colliers International has announced in a release that it has become an exclusive adviser to the U.S. company Clean Earth Capital, which plans to build a hotel, a shopping mall, an university and residential facilities on the land lot of the former barracks Bubanjski Heroji in Nis.

CEO and co-owner of Clean Earth Capital is Philip Bay. Bay has over 20 years of experience in the property sector in the Balkans, and he is also the founder of Colliers International Southeast Europe, the oldest and the biggest international property consulting company in the region, which is a fully-owned subsidiary of Colliers International/First Service, the American-Canadian corporation publicly listed on NASDAQ stock exchange in the USA and the stock exchange in Toronto, Canada.

The team working on the project Bubanjski Heroji has over 90 years of combined experience in implementing construction and mixed-purpose projects in Europe, America and Asia. All investment partners and institutions that will be presented in the following period are world-class entities, most of which are headquartered in the USA, and they will trully put Nis on the map as a new investment destination for the development of industry and companies operating in the field of electronics, which will be able to take advantage of the stable political situation and favorable development conditions, reads the release issued by Colliers International.
