Popular
actors Svetlana Bojkoviæ and Marko Nikoliæ, after 24 years of broadcasting the
first episode of A Better Life, found themselves again in the roles of the married
couple Popadiæ.
Known
among people as the couple Giga Moravac and Emilija, in the new commercial for
the supermarket chain Idea and after more than two decades, still continue to
face social problems trying to find saving solutions.
Using
the complete set from the shooting of the series, Marko Nikoliæ and Svetlana
Bojkoviæ shot the new scenes under the banner The Biggest Savings Every Day in
the spirit of A Better Life in the famous Popadiæ apartment and at the Idea
Extra store in New Belgrade.
Certain
scenes and lines from this series that have already entered into legend have
found their place again in this modern commercial. For the purpose of shooting
the Idea commercial actor Marko Nikoliæ grew his moustache again, the same that
he had in the role of Giga Popadiæ during the shooting of the last season of A
Better Life. A Better Life was broadcast in the period from 1987 to 1991, after
which it was repeated several times.
