A conference on investment and funding in the Serbian food industry will be organized on September 27th in Belgrade and it will gather representatives of domestic and foreign companies, competent ministries, government agencies, and financial institutions, the organizers announced Wednesday.
The organizer of this event is the German Investment and Development Company (DEG), a member of KfW banking group, together with banks Komercijalna, UniCredit, Raiffeisen, and Volksbank.
The aim of this conference is to enable an exchange of opinions and previous experiences and a discussion about future development, potentials and challenges of the agricultural and food sector in Serbia.
As it is announced, the event will be opened by German Ambassador to Serbia Wolfram Maas and representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Trade and the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development.
The conference will also include presentations of investment opportunities in the food industry, which will be held by finance institutions.
A panel discussion on the Conditions for Investment and Funding in the Food Industry in Serbia will enable an exchange of opinions between representatives of ministries, companies and finance institutions, after which the participants will be able to hold individual meetings with each others.
