(Look of the future shopping center)
Sabac will get Capitol Park shopping center until September 2012. An agreement on co-funding of that facility was signed on July 2nd by Oliver Hartley, director of the British company Poseidon, and Marko Krajncic, director of Yu Kapital, eKapija learns.
The shopping center Capitol Park will span 10,000 square meters and it will be situated on a 2.8-hectare land. Tenants in this center will be all renowned brands that are already present in our country, as well as post and bank offices.
Commencement of the construction is scheduled for autumn 2011. Design of the land-utilization project is entrusted to the company Plan from Sabac.
