Residential development, hotels, project management, appraisals, golf and renewable energy sources - Topics for REBEC 2011

This year, for the fourth consecutive time, REBEC 2011 will be held between June 20 and 22 at Continental hotel. Based on the initial idea of the concept of a conference-exhibition event, modeled after prestigious events of the similar concept in Europe, REBEC will again this year offer a variety of relevant topics for discussion.

The accent will this year be placed on the topics related to the development of residential construction and retailing.

A special interest in tourism, recognized in the previous few years, has led to an idea that the organizers this year offer, in association with the prestigious specialized company from Austria - PKF Hotelsexerts, two panels with the topics related to the development of hotel and tourist contents in Serbia and the region.

Also, a panel discussion with the topics related to the development of Project Management will be repeated this year, after a two-year break, and the issue of the golf industry development in Serbia and the region will also be discussed again, after being discussed at the premiere REBEC in 2008.

Analyzing the contemporary programme trends of conferences in the domain of real estate investments and considering the significance of topics related to energy efficiency and green buildings, as well as the growing interest in the development of alternative sources of energy on the territory of Serbia and the region, which includes the development and investment projects for mini hydroelectric, solar and biodiesel power plants, this year's event will also include the premiere panel discussion named Institutional and Investment Frameworks in Serbia Related to Support to Development of Renewable Energy Sources.

There will also be a panel discussion at which the contemporary architectural trends in Serbia and its surroundings will presented.
