Energoprojekt Visokogradnja, as the contractor, and the company
TOO Oil Real Estate, as the investor, have recently signed an Annex to the contract on the expansion of the scope of works on the design and construction of a hotel complex in the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan.
Several significant facilities have already been constructed for the company TOO Oil Real Estate in the previous period, Energoprojekt announced.
The value of the contract is 26.8 million euros, while the deadline for the project implementation is December 2011.
