Horizonti Beograda (Horizons of Belgrade), a unique residential complex in Belgrade, has obtained its first tenants. The idea for this project came from Miroslav Pantelic, an investor from Belgrade.
- The quality and benefits offered by these residential buildings are in accordance with the expectations of a businessman. Energy-efficient homes are a global trend that is present in our country since recently. This residential complex on Dedinje comprises three buildings with the total of 20 apartments. The roof is made of aluminum sheet metal and walls are covered by unique self-venting facade that increases the energy efficiency of buildings by 30%. Energy is also saved thanks to the dual-layer facade that preserves air in winter months, thus creating both heating and sound insulation. An ecological effect is also inevitable because these building have no influence on the environment since no carbon-monoxide is emitted -
said Miroslav Pantelic.
As he explained, the quality and guarantees available to buyers of intelligent homes are ideal for overcoming the problem of a lack of time that everybody is facing nowadays.
- Businessmen have a very little spare time to spend with their families and to take care of energy saving, ecology, as well as the quality of life - Mr. Pantelic explained and added that the project envisaged common premises, while it was up to tenants to decide how to use them:
wellness center, pool room, table tennis, or sauna.
