Lucici village
|
Lucici
village is located in the green hills above Herceg Novi, close to the border
with Croatia. This 200-year-old picturesque collection of 22 old stone houses and
outbuildings benefits from the most spectacular views of the Bay of Kotor and
the Adriatic Sea. The unique position and authentic look of Lucici
village has attracted companies Pluto Developments and Montenegro Prospects to initiate the restoration of traditional Montenegrin houses and the development of tourism in that location.
In this way, in addition to renovated and luxury facilities, the village will also obtain beautifully landscaped gardens with swimming pools, a wellness center
with a steam room and sauna, while retaining
its authentic appearance of a traditional Montenegrin architecture made out of
original stone from the village and its surroundings. Villas and suites will span from 50 to 130 square meters, while most owners of future houses in Lucici village are expected to be investors from Russia. For that reason, this unique project in the market of Montenegro has recently been presented at the International Property Show in Moscow (April 8-9). - The portfolio of Montenegro Prospects agency consists of over 700 property offers, but we have to admit that
Lucici village stands out for its uniqueness in the Montenegrin market. The long-lasting
trend of villages gradually falling into decline, as villagers leave for the
cities, has deprived the Montenegrin coast of its beautiful traditional
architecture, which, besides its natural beauty, happens to be one of its best
assets that make it so appealing to foreign tourists and investors. This
project will turn this trend around, at least in this location, and help Lucici
village regain its former glory. We hope to have more similar projects in
the future, as we would like them to be the standard rather than an exception - Ivana Vukicevic, property portfolio director at Montenegro Prospect, explained. This
project belongs to the renowned international development company Pluto
Developments, which has built a good reputation through successful projects in
both Montenegrin and Serbian markets. Montenegro Prospects has been a partner of this firm over the last six years. -
The
global economic crisis has made people more cautious about investing in real
estate, especially when it comes to objects under construction. For that
matter, development companies, such as our partner Pluto Developments, now
offer various and fairly new methods of customer protection in the Montenegrin
market, with the goal to protect the end-user from any kind of risk -
Montenegro Prospects Sales Director Ivan Dasic explains. Potential
investors from the Russian market perceive Montenegro as a very attractive
destination in regards to the market prospects and growth, as well as its
natural beauty.
- Despite
a certain standstill in investments and construction projects in Montenegro in
the past two years, we feel very optimistic, as there are quite a few investors
who are launching ambitious construction projects, which should bring new
good-quality products to the Montenegrin real estate market - Mr. Dasic concludes.
