Companies that have been asking about greenfield investments in Novi Sad know that it was difficult to find a lot at 100,000 to 200,000 square meters in the capital city of Vojvodina. A good news for all those who have given up investing in Novi Sad because all available locations are huge is that attractive Sever I work zone will be equipped in early 2011, at total surface of 205,000 square meters. The new zone, which will most probably be divided into four lots, is situated alongside the Danube-Tisa-Danube canal and Europe Boulevard.
- The Institute for Development of Novi Sad (ZIG Novi Sad) is finishing the formation of lots and the internal roads development projects. The location is intended for the construction of production units, while there are no limits when it comes to desirable industries. The work zone will be suitable for one large or several smaller companies and it is for certain that potential investors will also be offered investment incentives. The zone is partially equipped at the moment and we expect the infrastructure investments to be finished next year when this location will be included in the offer - Tatjana Gasovic, the Assistant Director for Building Land in the Institute for Development of Novi Sad, says for eKapija.

A special advantage of Sever I work zone is its location because the complex is situated alongside Europe Boulevard, of which third phase will be finished by end of November.
- The works on the section between Vojvode Stepe Street to Rumenacka Street are close to end and that section is about 2 km long. The next phase includes the works on the section from Rumenacka Street to the highway, which is 5 km long. We are currently working to resolve the property relations for that section because about 250,000 square meters are privately owned. The boulevard will have four lanes and bicycle path and pedestrian walk on the left side.
