
Construction of residential and business facility Marmil Land,
worth EUR 12.5m, in South Boulevard in Vracar commenced on September 1st and, according to the investor's plans, it should be finished in August 2012.
The facility with gross surface of 18,000 square meters and 15,000 square meters of net residential, office and garage space, gravitates towards three streets, comprises three buildings and three independent entrances. Building 1 is situated next to Sumatovacka Street and consists of three underground floors, low ground floor, high ground floor, 3 overground floors, and attic. Building 2 consists of 2 underground floors, ground floor, 5 overground floors, and attic, and it is situated between buildings 1 and 3. Building 3 is at the corner of South Boulevard and Bojanska Street and consists of cellar, ground floors, 6 overground floors, and attic.
- On the overground floors of all three buildings, there will be total of 159 apartments of various structures, ranging in size from studios of 27 square meters to four-room apartments of up to 120 square meters. In addition to these apartments, building 3, situated alongside South Boulevard, will also include 14 outlets and 2 studios on the level of ground floor and first floor. Parking lot for 174 vehicles and all technical premises that are necessary for connecting facilities to infrastructure will be situated on underground floors of all buildings - Milos Jorgacevic from Marmil Engineering says for eKapija.

The author of the project is Belgrade-based planning, consulting and engineering company Kula Projekt, while the responsible architects are graduate engineer of architecture Natasa Ilic and graduate civil engineer Ana Nesović-Trujic.
The prime contractor is construction, trading and service company Marmil Engineering, while the responsible coordinator of works is graduate civil engineer Svetozar Jorgacevic.
- On behalf of the investor and the prime contractor, this project is run by an expert team of managers consisting of engineers and technicians with long-time experience gained at Marmil Engineering and previous construction companies - our interlocutor points out.

Marmil Engineering is currently undertaking preparation and earth works on the Marmil Land project and is getting ready for commencement of construction works on realization of this project.
- Previous facilities we completed are situated at 10-12 Gajeva Street, 93 Zivka Davidovica Street, and 178 Vojvode Stepe Street in Belgrade.
- The next location for the project that is being prepared is in the vicinity of Marmil Land, also in South Boulevard, on a building lot at 1,895 square meters, and it is possible to construct about 10,000 square meters of gross surface of overground floors in that location. Concerning the fact that this project is in its initial phase, we expect the construction to start in 2011.
Marmil Engineering, the construction company owned by Bozidar Jorgacevic, was formed in 1993. Since it was founded, the company has been very successful at construction works in the field of civil engineering and high-rise building, and it already has a large number of completed facilities.

- Our company started production and delivery of ready-made concrete already in 1994, and now we own two concrete bases that can produce 120 cubic meters of ready-made concrete per hour,
12 mixers with the volume of 7 to 10 cubic meters for transportation of concrete, 6 concrete pumps whose lengths range from 22 to 47 meters, so that we are one of the leaders in production and delivery of ready-made concrete in the Belgrade market - says Jorgacevic.
In addition to the equipment for production and delivery of concrete, the company also has at its disposal all the necessary machines and equipment for construction works.
- Few years ago the company started investing in construction of residential facilities, and that is how we have come to the beginning of realization of this project, while some new projects are also in the pipeline - eKapija's interlocutor announces.
