After Zrenjanin-based Dijamant bought 5,585 shares of Kikindski Mlin on the Belgrade Stock Exchange late last week, we should expect the offer for takeover of the remaining shares of that company very soon.
Namely, Dijamant and Belgrade-based Frikom, owned by Agrocor whose owner is Croatian businessman Ivica Todoric, now have 96.67% of Kikindski Mlin in their possession. Kikindski Mlin registered incomes worth RSD 1.4bn in 2009, 28.6% more than in 2008, while the net profit was drastically reduced from 46.5 to 1.3 million dinars.
