Goran Jovic, the Mayor of Stara Pazova, and Jovan Tisma, the Director of the Town Development Directorate, have presented the draft of a preliminary solution for construction of swimming pools in the area between Stara Pazova and Nova Pazova.
According to that document, the final version of which is expected to appear next week, seven swimming pools, including an Olympic pool, a pool for warming up, a pool for people of all ages, and an indoor swimming pool, are planned to be built. In addition, construction of stands and an administrative building with all accompanying contents is in the pipeline. According to the words of Mayor Jovic, 2,764 square meters of water surfaces, 7,139 square meters of green surfaces, and 14,000 square meters of paved surfaces will be built by the world's latest standards. Construction of a bicycle path between the two towns and 280 parking
places on the approach to the complex is announced as well.
