Bačka Palanka-based Nectar, which bought 70% of capital of water bottling factory Heba on the tender and increased the stake in that company to over 95% after submitting the bid for its acquisition, announced that it would purchase remaining 4.6% of shares from the minority shareholders in accordance with the Law.

The price per share will be RSD 710, which is the same price that was paid to shareholders in the process of takeover of the shares. The purchase will be finished on August 16th and Nectar will become the only shareholder of the Bujanovac-based company.

Heba is the fifth largest water bottling factory in Serbia and its share in domestic bottled water market in the first six months of the year amounted to 7.2%.
