Energoprojekt Visokogradnja has signed the contract for drawing plans and building a residential complex and winery in the city of Sarijagash in Kazakhstan, worth about 14 million euros.
As people in Energoprojekt Holding explained, the contract signed between Energoprojekt as the contractor and TOO Caspian Food from Almati in Kazakhstan as the investor envisages construction of a complex at 12,807 square meters.
The deadline for realization of the project is October 2011.
