The citizens of Vračar, one of the most elite residential areas in Belgrade, will get new neighbors in April 2011. Namely, Danex Invest is currently working on construction of a complex at 1,500 square meters in Cerska Street, in which about 2 million euros will be invested. Nearly half of 20 future apartments have already been booked because the interest in that location is extremely big - people in Danos Srbija, the investor's exclusive agent, told eKapija.

The size of apartments range from studios to four-room flats, and units can also be merged in this phase. The price of apartments is about 2,000 euros per square meter with VAT (depending on the size and position), while the price per square meter in the pre-sale period amounts to about 1,850 euros.

- Danex Gradnja wants this project to offer the best price/quality ratio in this prestigious Belgrade's borough. Future owners of apartments in this complex at 1,500 square meters will be enjoying the calm residence zone and modern solutions for comfortable living - from build-in materials to car elevators. Vračar has always represented a special residential oasis as one of the main features of Belgrade. Just like in each of our previous engagements, we will give our maximum to provide as good service of the project commercialization as possible through well-conceived and high-precision marketing and dynamic sales plan - said Tanja Prostran, an adviser for residential properties at Danos, and added that all materials were "eko friendly".

The project in Cerska Street is being implemented with the help of KBC Bank's project finance, while the offer also includes very favorable crediting terms for buyers of apartments.

Danos started working on residential properties in early April 2010 and, so far, it has had successful transactions with the U.S. Embassy, NBG - Vojvođanska Banka, Eurobank, Grundfos, the embassies of Portugal, Slovenia, and numerous other international clients.
