Vivo shopping park, which will be located between the Aqua park and the Zoo in Jagodina, will open doors to customers in early April, 2011. Four international brands will present for the first time in Serbia, specificaly in Jagodina "retail center".

- Vivo shopping park, in which will be invested approximately 15 million EUR, will spread on 15,000 square meters. Within the "retail" park there will be supermarkets, shoe shops and clothing shops, sports equipment, furniture, toys, children's corner, restaurants, bars - said for " eKapija ", Ivan Simic, Transactions Manager in" Danos ", company which is the exclusive representative of the Vivo shopping park.

Construction of the first phase of the park should begin in October this year, and investor of this project is "Proing Engineering". This Cuprija based company is responsible for the image of Vivo Shopping Centre.

As Vivo park Jagodina is located in the most beautiful part of the city, within the sport-tourist complex Potok - Djurdjevo hill, and because of the position of Jagodina along Corridor 10, there is a big interest of tenants.

- 50 companies will get a place in Vivo shopping park. Already, about 60% of the area has been issued. Contracts with four world brands which are entering the Serbian market for the first time are about to be signed - said Simic.

The concept of "retail" park, in the opinion of experts from the real estate company " Danos ", proved to be very profitable due to the fact that the cost of renting and maintaining premises in such a house is cheaper than in the malls.

- Monthly price of the rental of office space in the retail park ranges from 8 EUR per square meter for large tenants to 12-13 EUR for smaller offices. A price of rent in shopping malls is 30-50 EUR per square meter. Maintenance activities in the retail park is 1.5 to 2 EUR per square meter while in the malls maintenance amounts to 10 EUR per box - said Simic.

"Danos" company which is a part of BNP Paribas Alliance, is the leading adviser to the company, "Aviv Arlon Group" for the Retail Park Pancevo.
