At the initiative of entrepreneurs and economic organizations, the Poslodavac (Employer) association was formed in Belgrade on Friday (June 4, 2010), with the aim of developing ethical, responsible and democratic negotiating with the Government and trade unions.
The association gathers 87 employers from the capital city who together employ about 40,000 people.
MK Group President Miodrag Kostić was appointed as the President of the association at the founding assembly. The first Vice-President is ITM Group President Toplica Spasojević, while Milan Janković is the President of the Assembly.
The association is formed at the initiative of respectable businessmen such as - Ornevole founder Milan

The association's statute and the development strategy prior to 2015 were defined at the founding assembly. The association will have another 4 vice-presidents who will be in charge of public sector, SME, the territory of Vojvojdina, and central and south Serbia.
